Shipping & Delivery
When can I expect my order?
Most customers receive their packages within 6–15 business days. We take 1–3 business days to carefully hand-pack and verify your order before it ships out.
How do I track my package?
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email or SMS. Please allow 24–72 hours for the carrier to update tracking information.
Do you ship outside the USA?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
Payments & Billing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
What currency will I be charged in?
All orders are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD $).
My payment didn’t go through—what should I do?
Please double-check that your billing information matches your bank records or try a different payment method. If the issue continues, your bank may be blocking the transaction for security reasons.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
If you’re not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from delivery to return your item. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email us at support@starut.com with your order number. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
Are there any return fees?
No hidden fees. There are no restocking charges. You are only responsible for return shipping if the return is due to a change of mind.
Troubleshooting Issues
My tracking says “Delivered” but I didn’t receive it.
Please allow 24–48 hours as carriers may mark packages early. Check with neighbors or your building reception. If it still hasn’t arrived, contact the carrier and then reach out to us for help.
I received the wrong item—what now?
We’re sorry about that. Please email us a photo of the item along with your order number. We will resolve it quickly at no additional cost.
